Pelvic Pain Cohort: Find Relief Through Holistic Care & Community

JAN 19th, FEB 2nd, & FEB 16th

$147.00

Period pain isn't just a minor inconvenience for many—it's a constant struggle. In fact, an estimated 1 in 10 people who menstruate experience pain so severe it disrupts their lives. Unfortunately, many with chronic pelvic pain are misdiagnosed or dismissed by healthcare providers and loved ones, leading to isolation and prolonged suffering. For example, the average delay in diagnosing endometriosis—a progressive disease that can severely impact quality of life—is 7-10 years. You deserve answers, and you don’t have to navigate this overwhelming journey alone.

This small-group cohort offers a space for you to find relief, receive support, and connect with others who truly understand your pain. Having personally struggled with endometriosis for 20 years, I know the frustration of searching for relief, and I’m here to support you on your path toward healing. It took a combination of herbalism, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medical interventions to get me where I am today — pain-free. Now, I’m committed to helping you find a more direct route to relief, drawing from both my personal experience and 9 years of expertise as a clinical herbalist specializing in hormone imbalance and pelvic pain.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Session 1: Identifying the Sources of Pelvic Pain
In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into the various pelvic pain conditions and learn how your personal symptoms and hormonal patterns may be keys to identifying the root causes of your pain.
  • Session 2: Herbalism and Nutrition
Discover herbal remedies and dietary strategies that can help ease painful menstruation, support hormone balance, reduce inflammation, and address other interconnected issues that often accompany pelvic pain. You’ll leave with practical tools to incorporate these botanicals and foods into your daily life.
  • Session 3: Additional Therapies and Medical Interventions
Learn more foundational tools for relieving period pain, such as meditation, movement, pelvic floor therapy, and reducing your toxic burden. We’ll also discuss when surgery, hormones, and other medical interventions may be supportive and how to advocate for yourself to find competent specialists and get the care you deserve.

All three sessions are included in the ticket price. The classes will take place on Sunday, January 19th, February 2nd, and February 16th from 2-4pm at the Pear Tree Wellness Collective at 1101 W Market Street in Greensboro, NC. Spots are limited to ensure personalized attention and a close-knit, supportive environment, so make sure to secure your spot. If you struggle with pelvic pain, I’d be honored to have you join us in this nurturing container where you can be supported, empowered, and learn valuable tools to support your wellbeing. I look forward to accompanying you on this journey!
